The night is the perfect time when the anxiety attacks by sweet or junk food are repeated frequently. Many of you take advantage of that moment to enjoy a movie or TV to eat whatever provokes them. However, they ignore that there are foods that are difficult to digest so that the stomach has to work all night, others alter the quality of sleep or cause insomnia.
Here is a list of foods you should avoid eating before bed:

If you make your food trap at dinner time, it is recommended that it be 3 hours before going to sleep, thus giving enough time to your stomach to do the digestion.
