Bodybuilding Myths

Next, we mention the myths that the author establish in his publication:

All those muscles become fat, although it is mentioned multiple times, this can not happen, the composition of fat and muscle is totally different, however, without any type of training, the muscles can lose their toning, size and power.

Bodybuilders are slow, despite this premise, there are many participants who practice other activities, as is the case of Mike Katz, who plays in the football team, Oakland Riders, as well as Lou Ferrino, who has participated in agility contests televised in the United States.
This brings us to the conclusion the fact that for a bodybuilder to be slow, he must perform the following actions:

  1. Overheating.
  2. Train with heavier weights than he/her should.
  3. Do not perform other activities to complement what has been done.

Bodybuilders look grotesque, the author states that this is a mentality that can not be changed, it depends on each person who see the world this way, although, ensures this happens because in the streets there is no people with that percentage of muscular toning, but this does not mean that is a bad lifestyle. Unfortunately, this myth is simply a point of view, which should not be taken into account.
