Fitness Competition – About Rules

In today’s article, we will go into some of the regulations that are taken into consideration when submitting the Fitness Competition. First of all, this is one of the competitions conformed and performed by women, below we will explain how this event is done:

In the first round, competitors are called, one by one, usually grouped into different groups, depending on what the judges determine previously.
Once the whole group is on stage, a space is left in a part of the stage. Where the competitors will be placed that are chosen at the discretion of the judges.

In the second round, the contestants will go individually to the stage, where they will have a maximum of 2 minutes to execute their routine, with the music they choose.

The routine must be composed of mandatory form, the following movements:

  1. Push Ups. (Anyway)
  2. High Kick.
  3. Straddle Hold.
  4. Side Split.

Later, each competitor is called onstage individually in numerical order, with a two-piece bikini and high heels and, at center stage, performs the following:

  1. Four Quarter Turns

The competitors forms in equal numbers along diagonal lines at each side of the stage, in this case, the center stage area is left clear for the callouts.

It is important to mention that the number and placement of competitors during the callouts is at the complete discretion of the head judge.
