Ms. Olympia, is a professional female bodybuilding competition organized by the IFBB, due to the lack of acceptance of female muscle bodies in many parts of the world, competition has given rise to new modalities where size and muscle definition are not so important, thus arise Bodyfitness and Fitness, where competitors compete for a Body Modeling and defined in addition to demonstrating physical and choreographic skills.

One of the most awarded competitors of this competition is Lenda Murray, who won 8 prizes,
she is a 55 year old woman, renowned for her career in the world of female bodybuilding, was born in North America and her participation in the sports world began at the age of 15 years old, in 1984 she began training in a Michigan gym, where she was told that she had a good body shape to develop as a bodybuilder, at that moment she decided to train for it and after a year, Lenda began to participate in amateur competitions.
The interesting thing about her history is that there was a moment of her career in which she decided to retire after losing the title of Ms. Olympia in the year 1996, against Kim Chizevsky-Nicholls, however, after two years, she returned to the stage of the competition and won two new consecutive Ms. Olympia titles, in 2002 and 2003.
Her history has shown us that age is not an impediment, it is up to us to be constant and reach all the challenges we have in mind!
