- Preparation: Chop the broccoli into pieces (about one cup) and cook for a few minutes in a frying pan with a little olive oil. Who said that desserts do not exist in the healthy kitchen? This recipe will help you burn calories and eat less, thanks to its high content of starch resistant and its contribution of good fats. You will need a microwave oven to make it.
- Preparation: Place 2 tablespoons semi-margarine chocolate chips in a glass bowl, and heat for 1 minute to 100% of the microwave. The chocolate must be well melted. Cut a banana into small pieces, and dip them one by one into the chocolate. Sit down to enjoy them without guilt when you have a craving for something sweet.
Tropical Fruit Salad:
Grapefruit is one of the most recommended fruits to burn fat and has the power to make you feel satisfied quickly because it contains a lot of water. Combined with the omelet from the first recipe, it is an excellent choice as a dinner.
- Preparation: Prepare 2 cups of very cold grapefruit pieces, express them and reserve 1/4 cup of this juice. In a medium bowl mix the grapefruit wedges, juice, a spoonful of chopped fresh mint, a cup of honey and a banana cut into small pieces. Stir gently until the bananas are well covered with the preparation. Eat it immediately, or store it in the refrigerator until serving time.
